Welcome or welcome back! This sweet and tangy salmon is truly one of my favourite recipes to make. It is incredibly rich and savoury. I also believe it tastes just as delicious the next day, so making more of it in advance for meal-prepping is definitely an option as well. You can have this salmon with rice, add it to your salad, have it with homemade mashed potatoes, you can keep it classy with some roasted broccoli or even eat it on its own. The choice is yours!
I love switching this dish up depending on the time of year with different seasonal ingredients. Pictured here, we have the same base recipe but I added a homemade mango glaze to my salmon and served it with a side of sticky rice and a peach and arugula salad. Don’t be afraid to try new things as this recipe is very versatile and kind to change.
